Join the Clan. Power the Gathering.

This event is a celebration of strength, spirit, and the unmistakable charm of Scottish tradition brought to life right here in our community.

At the heart of it all? Volunteers like you.

This Gathering thrives on the dedication of individuals who show up with a smile, roll up their sleeves, and help create something extraordinary. Whether it’s welcoming food trucks at sunrise, keeping the beer gardens lively, managing the gates, or cheering on the athletes from the sidelines — your presence helps the weekend run beautifully.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering means becoming part of something bigger. You will:

Celebrate culture in a meaningful, hands-on way
Meet great people and feel the buzz of the weekend from the inside
Support your community while having a ton of fun
Share in the pride of hosting a one-of-a-kind experience

No matter your skills or schedule, there’s a place for you in the clan.
